A goal-oriented treatment plan targeting structural alignment issues and chronic pain points.
While any professional massage is therapeutic, a dedicated therapeutic massage means the client and practitioner have a shared goal of achieving lasting structural changes within the body, often through a series of regular sessions.
The 4-Step Therapeutic Cycle
- Assess Your Condition: A comprehensive history is taken to understand the onset and nature of your pain. We observe the way you move, test your range of motion, and palpate muscle tissues for texture and consistency.
- Propose a Plan: Rather than attempting a generic full-body massage, we focus directly on your complaints (e.g., tight shoulders, lower back spasm, hip imbalances) and establish treatment intervals.
- Perform the Therapy: Targeted soft-tissue work is executed based on the clinical assessment and the agreed-upon plan.
- Evaluate the Outcome: Reviewing pain levels, posture, and mobility at the end of the session to adjust subsequent treatment goals.
