Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings at our Brookvale clinic are made by appointment only. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled time. If you cancel or change your booking within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee up to 100% of the treatment price may be charged.
Health & Safety Conditions
For your clinical safety, a brief medical assessment will be carried out during your initial visit. If you have any acute conditions, infectious diseases, open wounds, or specific cardiovascular concerns, sports massage or cupping therapy may need to be modified or delayed. Please disclose all relevant health histories to Safron before your treatment starts.
Privacy Policy
Your medical history forms, session logs, and personal contact details are stored securely in compliance with privacy guidelines and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit, written consent.
