Since qualifying in 2018, I have been dedicated to helping individuals move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. My treatments integrate advanced clinical manual therapy with sports science to address the root cause of muscular pain and structural dysfunction.
My academic foundation includes a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from Liverpool Hope University, exploring human movement, biomechanics, functional anatomy, and exercise physiology. I subsequently completed a Master of Research (MRes) in Sport & Exercise Science, specializing in cardiovascular health and training intensity, bringing evidence-based clinical rigor to my treatments.
Prior to establishing my Brookvale clinic, I worked closely with chiropractors as an assistant and health coach, helping clients build sustainable physical wellness habits. Today, I combine my clinical knowledge and manual techniques to provide exceptional, personalized care.

My Clinical Approach
Every body is unique. Instead of applying a generic massage template, I perform a functional evaluation during your initial visit to check for muscular imbalances, range-of-motion limitations, and tissue texture. This allows me to combine deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and cupping into a customized, goal-oriented treatment plan that helps you achieve structural relief.
